The Coco sleeveless sweater is a quick and simple project to knit. It is worked from the top down with wide armholes. It can be worn over a blouse or a t-shirt, both in mid-season and in winter. It’s an easy-to-wear and versatile design.
The pattern is particularly detailed in order to provide clear instructions for beginner knitters. A step-by-step video comes with the pattern to help you get started.
LEVEL: Beginner
This is a digital pattern, accompanied by a step-by-step video.
SIZES: XS – S – M – L – XL
Finished garment bust circumference: approx. 108 – 112 – 116 – 120 – 128 cm.
It is recommended to wear it with a positive ease of 15 to 20 cm, depending on the desired fit. The sample is shown in size L with 20 cm of positive ease.
GAUGE: 13 sts x 16 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch with 7 mm needles.
YARN: The sweater is knitted with one strand of Kid Mohair from La Droguerie (approx. 450 – 480 – 500 – 550 – 600 m), or with two strands of Brushed Alpaca Silk from Drops Design (approx. 900 – 960 – 1000 – 1100 – 1200 m), or with two strands of Ombelle from Fonty (approx. 900 – 960 – 1000 – 1100 – 1200 m).
Other suitable yarn substitutions are suggested in the written tutorial as well as in the step-by-step video.
MATERIALS:
– Suggested needles: 6 mm (for neckline and armholes) and 7 mm (for the body)
– 1 cable 40 cm (for body and armholes) and 80 cm (for body)
